Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Please note tat during high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. 

Estimated delivery times: 

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Myco is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, Myco is not responsible for delays cause by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
